Hand in hand we move forward together.

Consultation Visit

This first meeting is important to establish a global vision of your child's daily life. The meeting ideally takes place at your home, but can also be arranged via Skype, Whats App video or FaceTime. It is very important that both parents are present.

  • It is during this first meeting that the fee structure for the service is discussed.

Personalalized Plan

Taking into account the information gathered during our first meeting, I will propose, in writing, a daily routine plan that addresses the sleep-related difficulties that we have identified together. This serves to build a rhythm of the day adapted to your child's age and to the personal constraints of your family situation.

Explanation of the Personalized Plan

This appointment can be by phone. The intention is to; provide a detailed explanation and clarification of the nuances within the method you have chosen, discuss its implementation, and answer all your questions. Again, it is very important that all caregivers are present.

  • 24-48 hours before the start of the 2-week accompaniment.

Accompaniment and Support

It is imperative that your child's learning to fall asleep independently begins during two "normal" weeks. That is to say, during a period when you don't have guests staying at your home, when there are no big parties or trips planned, etc. For two weeks, it is important to mobilize your energy and devote your time to helping your child learn new daily habits. I am available by phone, sms or email to answer your questions. For the first few days a daily "debriefing" call takes place to see how your child is learning and to identify any obstacles in the method. Generally, the accompaniment lasts two weeks. (three to four weeks for multiple siblings).

The Debrief

This is usually a phone appointment at the end our time together. The focus is get your opinion on the services offered which can take place on the last day of the accompaniment or shortly afterwards.
